I’ve been using Glendale Motors for routine scheduled maintenance for my wife’s GLK 250 for a couple of years, and the customer service has been courteous. Recently, a serious & puzzling issue with the car was attended to with super attention to the details. Andy was very informative while to issue was being dealt with. After a couple of days, the route causes were identified and fixed. My wife was VERY happy with the quality of the repair. Thank you Andy and Peter. We will be back soon for scheduled maintenance. I took my lexus in for a full vehicle checkup. The shop was tidy and l was greeted by a very nice lady and gentleman (didn't get their names). Full vehicle checkups require a drop-off at the shop at 8:00 am and usually take 2 hours but can take longer depending on how busy they are. The checkup was very thorough, and the full checklist was sent to me through email and text message, which is very handy. The technicians made suggestions and exact measurements on ture treads and break pads, etc. It was very nice to get a better idea of how long each will last for the future. Nothing was forced or pushed by the front desk, and as I decided to fix some of the issues from the checkup, all costs were broken down, so they made sense with reasonable prices. Although I only booked for the full vehicle checkup, they were able to fit me in and do fixes & repairs for the issues they found within the same day. Overall, the job was done clean, efficient, and well done. I would also like to add the complimentary uber ride home if you're leaving your main vehicle at the shop for extended amounts of time is greatly appreciated. 10/10 experience, will definitely be back for the next maintenence checkup!

I have been in a few times for my 2010 Porsche Panamera and each time, they have been informative, thorough, and fairly priced. I find the detailed reports with photos and even video afterward helpful for me to understand what is going on with my car and what needs to be addressed. Andy in particular has really been kind in sharing lots of information and has given helpful advice on how to best move forward.

I wanted a safety on a vehicle and they highly suggested that I do not get it done because the thing was going to be a money pit. My car has been serviced here for 3 yrs now. Never had an issue. The service advisor and mechanics always tell me what needs to be done vs what can wait. The prices are fair comparable to other shops. I have a 16 yr old Benz and never had any problems with the service and quality of service. I highly recommend this shop.

I was looking for a reliable place that doesn't just try to squeeze money like many car shop around here and found good comments about Glendale Napa Autopro, they say it is not cheap nor expensive, that you get what you pay for, so I went there to fix a very noticeable sound that my car made when passing through uneven paths; they sent me the quote with other suggested services that were more than half of the total amount. Once I received my car back it was simply amazing, as if it was a completely different car in a good way. I don't move it a lot, but I had an out of town trip the next weekend; once driving back, the noise was back, not as strong but easy to hear. Personnel is friendly and they even offer a ride service when you leave the car and when it is time to pick it up and they give you free car wash tickets. UPDATE They reached out and explained that they normaly don't just replace parts if they think it can be refreshed by greasing it, which I think makes sense. They offered to check it and replace the parts and what would it cost to do it and also gave me an appointment the next day, and it was completed in under 2 hours. A couple of weeks have gone by and everything is working just fine. Glendale just a suggestion, it would be great to hear some details like the one above for clarity and know beforehand to reach out and go to the next step. Thank you

I was driving my kid to orthodontist and noted my tire was flat with PSI 11! Mike said I could bring it by and he’d take a look this morning as we are getting ready for a trip and this is a terrible time for a flat tire. I walked up the road after dropping off the car, picked up my daughter and was back and had an alert that my car was ready. I figured that they must’ve thrown on the spare or that the tire was not fixable. But when I came back, they had already plugged it and it was fixed and ready to go. From the time I called to the time it was repaired was 30 minutes! And price was fair. Thank you so much Glendale!
